The company offers a wide selection of pre-oiled wood floors in several sumptuous colors and wood species such as hard maple, silver maple, ash, red oak and Ancestral’s flagship specie, larch.
Extensive research and development has placed Ancestral Floors at the forefront worldwide in the manufacture of pre-oiled flooring. Bob has brought the consumer the highest quality, most innovative flooring choice available today.
The six component vegetable oil, imported from Italy, is applied to the flooring where it penetrates and crystallizes in the wood fiber. A surface is created that resists moisture and soil and yet allows air and vapor to pass through.
Larch is the specie that separates Ancestral from most flooring manufacturers. Larch grows best in damp conditions and is the only conifer to loose its needles in the fall. It has a completely distinctive grain and is noted for its extreme stability and great strength.
Larch, coupled with Ancestral’s radial sawing techniques, patented kiln drying, grading and pre-oiled finish, has become the standard for installations demanding high style, practicality and extreme conditions.
Historically, Larch has been used in stable floors, boat building, bridges and by the railroads, all which have been “off limits” to hardwoods. Larch is strong, hard, highly resistant to moisture and insects, and above all, rot-resistant.  With Ancestral’s flooring system we can now use Larch in kitchens, bathrooms, below grade and over radiant heat!

Our 5-ply, cross-grain construction makes every Mannington Hardwood Floor far stronger than a single, solid piece of wood. We warrant they won't warp or buckle.
Mannington Wood Floors manufacturers some very impressive rustic or antiqued wide plank floors filled with color and character one would expect with older 19th century flooring. Numerous effects can be found in many five inch engineered wide plank distressed lines.

Look inside
Great Northern Hardwood Flooring features a stong 3-ply cross-grain construction. This design resists shrinkage, expansion and warping from seasonal changes. A hardwood core enhances stability.
Sandable thickness
Even a 3/4" solid wood floor (felt) can only be sanded to the depth of the nail or tongue. The depth of 5/8" Great Northern’s (right) surface layer is comparable to solid wood and can be sanded up to three times.
Not all top layers are created equal
Great Northern’s logs are sawn — exactly like solid hardwood flooring — resulting in the highest quality surface with the best-looking grain patterns.

Anderson’s selection ranges from woods like oak, pine and pecan, to more exotic species like bamboo. Anderson features 5-ply cross-locked engineering and a choice of two world-class finishes in trendy darker stained colors and many high end hand scraped distressed lines in wider plank format up to seven inches wide. Main species line include Hickory, Pecan, Maple, Red Oak, Beech, Elm, and some Pine hardwoods.
Popular lines include Cimarron, Coastal Art, Dellamano, Desert Hickory, Hickory Forge, Mountain, Mt. Hickory Rustic, Mt. Oak, & Sierra.
